Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") set out the conditions under which VenteKamas makes available to users its services related to the virtual currency of the game Dofus, known as "kamas".

Anyone who creates an account, submits a request or uses our services in any way acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts them without reservation.

Sales, exchanges and account buybacks that you offer to us are governed by our Supplier Agreement, which supplements these terms.

2. Services offered

VenteKamas offers three main services for players:

• Selling kamas : you transfer your kamas to us and receive in return a payment under the conditions specified at the time of the request.
• Exchange between servers : you move your kamas from one server to another, based on an exchange rate communicated before validation.
• Account buyback : subject to verification, we consider buying back game accounts and offer you a personalized estimate.

The amounts, rates and timeframes displayed are given as an indication and may vary depending on the server, the quantity and market conditions at the time of the transaction.

3. User account

Some features require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date, in particular your payment details.

You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any action carried out from your account is deemed to have been performed by you. If you suspect fraudulent use, notify us without delay.

Our services are reserved for persons aged 18 or over. We may refuse a request or a payment where this condition is manifestly not met.

4. Sales, exchanges and account buybacks

The virtual goods and accounts you transfer to us are governed by our Supplier Agreement. It sets out the warranties you give as to the ownership and origin of the goods, the checks we carry out, the payment arrangements and the consequences of a breach.

Where we deliver kamas to you, in particular on the return leg of an exchange between servers, that delivery falls under these terms. We undertake to deliver the agreed quantity on the agreed server, within the time stated when your request is confirmed.

5. Payments and payment methods

VenteKamas offers payments in France, Morocco, Spain, Portugal, Venezuela, Brazil, Colombia and worldwide. The available payment methods depend on your country and are specified at the time of the request.

• Bank transfer and instant payment solutions.
• Supported electronic wallets.
• Transfer solutions suited to Morocco, subject to availability.

Payment is only triggered after verifying the correct receipt of the kamas or the account. The payment details you provide must belong to you; we reserve the right to request supporting documents in case of doubt. We do not make any payment to a third party: the payment account must be in the seller’s name.

6. Limitation of liability

VenteKamas purchases the virtual goods offered to it in its own name and uses the necessary means to provide a reliable and secure service. Our liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure, unavailability of the game servers, or any cause beyond our control.

We cannot be held responsible for the consequences linked to incorrect information that you may have provided to us, nor for decisions taken by the game publisher regarding your account.

7. Personal data

8. Changes to the terms

VenteKamas reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in order to adapt them to changes in its services or regulations. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of your request.

The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. We invite you to consult it regularly.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country of establishment of the contracting entity identified at the head of these terms, currently English law. From the effective date of the migration, they will be governed by the law of Hong Kong. This clause does not deprive the consumer of the mandatory protective provisions available to them in their country of residence and from which no contractual derogation is possible.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution before any action. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable rules of law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the VenteKamas site, including texts, graphics, logos and visual elements, is the property of VenteKamas and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited.

11. Acceptable Use Policy

Our Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses, refused sources of goods and the measures applicable in the event of a breach. It applies to all VenteKamas services.
