Last updated: September 2026
Legal transition. The operation of VenteKamas is being migrated to GAMEHUB LIMITED, Hong Kong. Until the effective date of the migration, Kamasense Limited remains the operator of the site and this policy applies to operations carried out under Kamasense Limited.
1. Purpose and scope
This policy sets out the rules of conduct applicable to any person who accesses the site ventekamas.com or uses the services of Kamasense Limited (hereinafter "the Company"): visitors, customers and sellers of virtual goods. It specifies the prohibited behaviours and the measures the Company may take in the event of a breach.
It supplements the Terms and Conditions, which remain the governing contractual document, as well as the Supplier Verification Policy.
2. General rules of conduct
Any person who uses our services undertakes to:
- provide accurate information, in particular the character name and the server required for the delivery of the goods;
- use a payment method of which they are the rightful owner;
- communicate respectfully with our support team and our agents;
- report without delay any anomaly noted on a request or a delivery.
No member of our team will ever ask you for your password, either in game or by message. Do not disclose your login credentials to anyone, and always check that the order number given by the person you are dealing with matches your own.
3. Activities prohibited to all users
It is prohibited to use the site or the services in order to:
- use a payment method that is stolen or fraudulent, or of which one is not the rightful owner;
- bring an abusive payment dispute, in particular after the goods have been delivered;
- provide false information in order to obtain a service, a refund or an advantage;
- impersonate a member of the VenteKamas team, an agent or another user;
- create several accounts in order to circumvent a limit, a restriction or a check;
- solicit other users with a view to transactions carried out outside the service;
- attempt to access the systems without authorisation, introduce malicious software or disrupt the operation of the site;
- automatically extract the content of the site by means of bots or similar tools, or make commercial use of it without written authorisation;
- make abusive, obscene, threatening, defamatory or hateful remarks towards our team, our agents or third parties;
- use the services for unlawful purposes, in particular money laundering.
4. Activities prohibited to sellers
In addition to the rules above, any seller is prohibited from:
- selling goods that they do not legitimately hold or control;
- selling virtual goods that are stolen or that come from a compromised account;
- supplying goods obtained through hacking, unauthorised access or fraud;
- supplying goods acquired by means of stolen or fraudulent payments;
- duplicating or cloning goods, or knowingly supplying duplicated goods;
- falsifying screenshots, videos, proof of delivery or transaction information;
- making false statements about the origin or the ownership of the goods;
- concealing information requested in the context of a legitimate check on the origin of the goods;
- circumventing a restriction or a block by using another identity or another account;
- using the services for unlawful purposes.
The checks applied to the goods offered by sellers are described in our Supplier Verification and Origin of Virtual Goods Policy.
5. Measures in the event of a breach
In the event of a suspected or established breach, the Company may, depending on the seriousness and the context:
- request additional information or supporting documents;
- place a request or a transaction under manual review;
- cancel or refuse a request;
- temporarily withhold payment due to a seller, within the limits provided for by the applicable terms;
- refuse a transaction;
- suspend or close an account;
- restrict, suspend or block a seller;
- refuse any future request or transaction;
- re-examine previous transactions;
- exercise the applicable contractual remedies;
- cooperate with its payment providers or the competent authorities where the law so requires.
These measures are not automatic: an isolated risk signal gives rise to a review, not to systematic rejection. They do not affect the rights you enjoy as a consumer under the mandatory provisions applicable to you.
6. Reporting
Any person who observes conduct contrary to this policy, or who believes that a transaction concerns illegitimate virtual goods, may report it through our contact page or via live chat, stating the information available to them. Reports relating to the origin of the goods are examined under the Supplier Verification Policy.
7. Relationship with our other policies
This policy is to be read together with the Terms and Conditions, the Supplier Verification Policy and the privacy policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail on contractual matters.
8. Updates and contact
This policy is reviewed periodically; the version published on this page is the authoritative one, with its update date at the top of the document.
