You own kamas on one server and want to receive the equivalent on another? The exchange takes three simple steps: you fill in the form, one of our agents contacts you in game to collect your kamas, then you receive the equivalent on the destination server. Payment is usually completed in under five minutes.

Fill in the exchange form
Go to the Kamas Exchange page and fill in the form: the server where you give your kamas, the amount, and the server on which you want to receive the equivalent. The rate is shown immediately.

An agent contacts you in game
One of our agents contacts you in the game (Dofus, Dofus Retro, Dofus Touch or Wakfu), sends you the map position and your order code. Join them on the departure server and hand over your kamas. Always check that the order number given by the agent matches exactly the one from your order.

Receive your kamas on the destination server
Wait a few minutes while our agent reconnects on the other server. You receive the equivalent of your kamas on the server you requested. In case of any delay or question, contact our live support (live chat).
Your kamas and your account protected
We never ask you for your Dofus credentials or your login details. All handovers and receipts happen in-game. Keep these few reflexes in mind for a worry-free exchange.

Always make sure the order number given by the agent in game matches exactly the one from your order before handing over your kamas.
No transaction via Discord
We never carry out an exchange via Discord. Everything happens in-game with one of our agents. Be wary of any request outside the site.
