How does the sale of my kamas work after my request?
After your request, a VenteKamas agent contacts you in game within minutes. You hand over your kamas at the agreed meeting point, and your payment is triggered immediately after delivery.
When will I receive my payment?
Payment is sent as soon as we receive your kamas. PayPal, Skrill and crypto usually arrive within minutes; SEPA transfers follow the usual banking times.
Is there a minimum amount per order?
Yes: €20 (or 200 MAD) per sale order. A payment fee of €1 (or $1 for dollar payments) applies to every payment.
How can I be sure I am talking to the right agent?
Check the name of the character contacting you letter by letter and only use the code provided with your order. No transaction goes through Discord.
How long does a cross-server exchange take?
Once the meeting is set on both servers, the exchange usually takes only a few minutes.
Can I cancel or change my request?
Yes, as long as the in-game handover has not taken place: contact us by chat or email with your order number.
