How the exchange rate is determined
A cross-server exchange amounts to converting Kamas from one server to another, a bit like two currencies. The rate therefore depends on the relative value of Kamas on each server. A busy, active server where Kamas are plentiful does not hold the same value as a quieter server where they are scarcer. The displayed rate reflects that difference between your source server and your destination server.
The quantity exchanged and the current state of demand also come into play, which is why the rate changes over time. Our simulator gives you an instant estimate as soon as you select your two servers and your quantity. The rate applied to your exchange is the one shown by the simulator at the time of the order: no surprise renegotiation, no advisor who would later "review" the price.

The rate depends on demand on each server and the amount exchanged. The simulator shows an indicative estimate; the final rate is always confirmed to you before validating the exchange.
How long does an exchange take?
Once the in-game meeting is set on both servers, the exchange usually takes only a few minutes. Times may vary depending on your availability and traffic.

Yes. Every exchange is tracked by our team with a dedicated contact. You stay in control at every step and the target amount is confirmed before any Kamas is handed over.
Which games and servers are accepted for the exchange?
The exchange works on Dofus 3 (Unity), Dofus Retro, Dofus Touch and Wakfu, across all of their servers. You can exchange between servers of the same game, but also between two different games: for example from Dofus Retro to Wakfu, or from Dofus Touch to Dofus 3. Since each game and server has its own value, the rate adjusts automatically to the pair you choose.
Does the exchange work in both directions?
Yes. You freely choose your source server and your destination server in the simulator, whichever way round. The displayed rate adjusts automatically according to the relative value of Kamas on each of the two selected servers.
How long does it take to receive my exchanged Kamas?
